Whenever you engage yourself in activities that do not excite you, they drain your energy but on the contrary, when you focus on activities that excite you what actually happens is that your body becomes energized and you receive strength to be able to accomplish goals that you may have written down for the week, month, the year or for years to come. For some, it could be walking, for others it could be going for jogging, working out at a gym, reading, writing or just going outside and doing some gardening. Find specific things that excite you personally and engage in those things to keep you encouraged.
